exit 48 direction Karlsruhe South on the B3 direction Rheinstetten, turn off at exit L566/L606 direction Rheinstetten-Mörsch, to the B36 direction Karlsruhe
from the A65:
the A65 goes directly into the B10, exit 8 direction Karlsruhe-Mühlburg direction B36, after 1.3 km at the intersection on the right to the B36, after 4.5 km you reach the Exhibition Centre
